Built in 1796, the Church of Nuestra Se de la Candelaria , together with the Church of San Antonio , built in 1959, very well typify the island's architecture. One can also visit the old cemetery as well as the ancient houses of the municipality, Casa Pascacia and Casa Parroquial .
The old colonial style mansions like Perevra are located in Las Vegas de Tegoyo, in the town of Conil.
